電纜識別儀還有哪些功能特征？

電纜識別儀產(chǎn)品簡介：
在電纜施工及維護(hù)工作中具有重要意義。目前市場上既有針對非運(yùn)行電纜識別的儀器，也有針對運(yùn)行電纜識別的儀器，但是在具體使用中，實際電纜現(xiàn)場往往是互相放置壓在一起，儀器所使用的卡鉗往往無法卡接導(dǎo)致無法進(jìn)行識別，因此湖北四方國瑞電力控股有限公司研制了一款方便現(xiàn)場操作的柔性線圈電纜帶電電纜識別儀。有時因現(xiàn)場沒有220V電源，導(dǎo)致無法進(jìn)行電纜識別工作，因此主機(jī)采用鋰電池供電，就可以無需電源就進(jìn)行帶電電纜識別檢測，對于實際現(xiàn)場操作帶來及大便利。
電纜識別儀工作原理：
將電網(wǎng)輸入的220VAC電源經(jīng)電子技術(shù)變換為識別所需的大功率特殊信號，此信號通過專用發(fā)射鉗加在待識別帶電電纜的一點，根據(jù)電磁感應(yīng)原理，在該電纜沿線必然產(chǎn)生與發(fā)射信號規(guī)律一致的感應(yīng)信號，在測試現(xiàn)場用高靈敏的手持接收機(jī)檢測測現(xiàn)場所有電纜，根據(jù)手持接收機(jī)指示即可準(zhǔn)確找出所加信號之電纜（即待識別電纜）。
電纜識別儀功能特征：
1、羅盤和方向顯示：直觀顯示管線位置和左右方向。
2、跟蹤正誤提示：電流方向測量，跟蹤正誤提示，排除臨線干擾（部分頻率）。
3、深度和電流測量，可顯示信號強(qiáng)度歷史曲線。
4、全數(shù)字化高精度采樣處理：穩(wěn)定可靠，超高靈敏度，接收通頻帶極窄，抗干擾能力強(qiáng)，能充分抑制鄰近運(yùn)行電纜及管道的工頻及諧波干擾。
5、運(yùn)行電纜探測：高性能發(fā)射卡鉗，向運(yùn)行電纜耦合輸出信號。
6、電纜/管線鑒別：柔性卡鉗（選配件）方便易用，明確給出鑒別結(jié)果；聽診器（選配件）可在不方便使用卡鉗時使用。
7、接地故障查找：升壓器（選配件）可將zui大輸出電壓提升至1000V，使用A字架（選配件）可定位管線的對地絕緣破損點，無須調(diào)零，箭頭指示故障點方向。
8、多種探測頻率：主動探測和被動探測。
9、發(fā)射機(jī)多種信號輸出方式：直連輸出、卡鉗耦合、輻射感應(yīng)。
10、發(fā)射機(jī)數(shù)字功放大功率輸出，全自動阻抗匹配，全自動保護(hù)。
11、內(nèi)置可拆卸大容量鋰離子電池，欠壓自動關(guān)機(jī)，長時間無操作自動關(guān)機(jī)。

working principle:
The 220 VAC power supply input from the power grid is transformed into a special high-power signal for identification through electronic technology. This signal is added to a point of the live cable to be identified through a special transmitting clamp. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the inductive signal which is consistent with the law of the transmitted signal must be generated along the cable. In the test site, all cables are tested with a highly sensitive handheld receiver The cable of the added signal (i.e. the cable to be identified) can be accurately found by holding the indication of the receiver.
Functional features:
1. Compass and direction display: display the pipeline position and left and right directions visually.
2. Tracking correct and wrong prompt: current direction measurement, tracking right and wrong prompt, eliminating temporary line interference (partial frequency).
3. Depth and current measurement can display the signal strength history curve.
4. Full digital high precision sampling processing: stable and reliable, ultra-high sensitivity, extremely narrow receiving passband, strong anti-interference ability, and can fully suppress the power frequency and harmonic interference of adjacent running cables and pipelines.
5. Operation cable detection: high performance transmitting calipers, output signal to running cable coupling.
6. Cable / pipeline identification: flexible calipers (optional parts) are easy to use and clearly give the identification results; stethoscope (option) can be used when calipers are not convenient.
7. Grounding fault finding: the booster (option) can raise the large output voltage of Zui to 1000V, and the A-frame (option) can locate the damaged point of the pipeline insulation to ground without zero adjustment, and the arrow indicates the direction of the fault point.
